“Foundations”- Basic Christian Doctrine Bible Class  

Everything has a beginning.

For every place you want to go, everything you want to achieve, everyone you want to meet--there has to be a beginning - a starting place. This Bible class is our beginning for those interested in what we teach at Bethany. Maybe you grew up going to church, but life happened, and you fell away. Maybe you didn't, and you're curious. Maybe you're active but have questions. Maybe you're none of these things. Or maybe you're a healthy mixture of them all. It doesn't matter to us why you're starting--we’re glad you are. It’s everything you need for this year and beyond. 

Over the course of eight lessons, we'll cover all the basics: from creation to Jesus and what he's done to save you from sin; from how to read God's Word to faith and daily life; from Baptism to Holy Communion, and a variety of other important topics.

WHEN? Join us on Sundays after the late service, in the Fellowship Hall, starting around 11:35, to experience a review of these treasured basic Christian doctrines.

Wednesday Morning Bible Class

The current topic is The Book of Acts. We go chapter by chapter with discussion and coffee!

At 9:30 a.m. every Wednesday, join us as we read through chapters of books of the Bible. This is a great, small-group Bible Study held in the church Fellowship Hall, where informal discussions can be had. Questions on some Bible lesson? Do you have a practical application to share with the group? Do you just want to listen and learn? Then this Bible Study is for you! Come and join us each week or whenever you can.

Wednesday Evening Bible Class

Wednesday Evening Bible Class is offered from Fall through Spring on Wednesday nights, at 6:30 p.m. in the Bethany Fellowship Hall.

Currently, we’re studying the recent WELS book called “Christ Through Us,” the history of the beginning of the Wisconsin Synod. This class will take us through the end of November. Next year, our Synod will celebrate its 250th anniversary. This study was developed by the Synod as a historical help to share the story of how God has used the people in our Synod to accomplish his work, both stateside and internationally.

Sunday Morning Bible Class

Sunday Morning Bible Class is offered from Fall through Spring between early and late services.

Currently, the topic is “Let’s Go!” This study encourages participants in the important work of sharing the Gospel or Christ-centered opportunities with those around us. (Childcare is provided for this study.)
